How to digitally check in: sel

April 16, 2020 No Comments

Hi friends!! Teaching through a computer is difficult because you can not always understand what is happening on the other side. Without seeing your students daily, it can be hard to read them. I created a form to send to my students daily. This gives me a little insight on how they are feeling.

These forms come with several questions: Assess students’ feelings  and see What zone they are in, a daily themed question, What did you do well yesterday?,What can you do better today? Do you have any questions for the teacher? This is a quick and easy way to check in with your students. This can also act as virtual attendance and get students present online.

Once I see the results, I can then follow up with students by email or a virtual classroom. I can also find out what questions students have on assignments we are completing.

These forms are easy to use, already set up and ready to send to students. As a teacher, you need a Google account to open them, however, the students do not need to log in at all. You can send this across ANY platform, email, website, educational classroom.

These forms come in a few themes. If there is a theme you would LOVE to see, hit reply and let me know. Click here to view them all!

I hope these make things easier for you during distance learning!
